Is it cheesecake flavoured ice cream?

Its not ice cream at all, it’s authentic cheesecake, whipped to it’s luscious light texture, made fresh for every event.

Do you make the cheesecake yourself?

We handcraft our products from scratch using locally sourced cream cheese and cream. Shortcuts have been offered to us that “save time” and back of house costs, no thanks. We are committed to a no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, or additives recipe.

How is it Gluten Free?

The entire product is free of gluten even the waffle cone. We handcraft the waffle bowls and the cashew crumb base for the cups.

How many flavours are there?

Our capacity is 4 flavours 

We have 3 main ones which the ingredients are available continually and a seasonal flavour. We support local first where possible, so that dictates what and when.

How can I buy this?

We are local to Coffs Harbour and attend markets and events with our cones, cups and tubs along the coast, we do Dorrigo too. Throughout the year we offer delivery of our share tubs (limited area) Please click here to see our upcoming markets or events.
